“It is a huge benefit for me to have the option to use CTLA’s tools, and I depend on the listserv for help often. Being able to utilize others’ knowledge often saves time and energy.”

The camaraderie and assistance from the listservs and Open Forum have helped me grow exponentially in my day-to-day practice. I am now consistently updating templates and processes and evolving the way I attack certain aspects of litigation that I may have treated as more routine in the past. That, in return, has resulted – and will continue to result – in better outcomes for our clients. I can only hope for that to grow within CTLA.
The CTLA listserve gives you the latest trial tactics and tips via an open email forum where hundreds of experienced trial attorneys participate to share advice. To take part, you must have ALREADY signed a listserve agreement form. If you have NOT, download it below, sign and FAX it to (303) 831-0111 or email ctla@ctlanet.org.
At the 2019 BLOCKBUSTER Seminar on January 25, Saul Sarney discussed “Listserve Rules.” Sarney co-chairs CTLA’s Case Assistance Committee that develops, promotes and maintains the association’s listserve. Watch this helpful presentation covering guidelines, rules and etiquette.
